Description
CTC Group is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to generate intelligence from data and information derived from foreign signals. Findings will be researched, analyzed and presented to provide the most complete possible signals intelligence (SIGINT) picture.
Responsibilities
-
Provide input to SIGINT collection posture papers.

Prioritizes requirements for follow-on tasking within the SIGINT enterprise in response to collection requirements.

Develops and coordinates cross-access collection opportunities and strategies.

Provides day-to-day technical support to collection managers for the evaluation of requirements and the development of cross-access collection strategies and/or tasking in accordance with established guidelines.

Collects information, provides input and help coordinate mitigation efforts in response to system outages.

Provides briefings describing SIGINT intelligence contribution to Enterprise and IC members.

Acts as a focal point for any operational aspects of a given SIGINT collection requirement.

Maintains situational awareness of their assigned target area of responsibility and anticipates emerging collection requirements and adjusts requirements and tasking, as required.

Prepares reports for a variety of audiences that reflect outstanding critical thinking, comprehensive grasp of world events and the information needs of customers.

Provides Value Assessment Analysis to assist in developing the “Follow the Collection and Follow the Value” assessment methodologies for SIGINT.

Produces value assessments and analyses that will be used to develop the “Value of” performance and satisfaction assessments.

Researches and develops assessments, analyses, reports and information pertaining to Areas and Targets of Interest, Collection Strategies, Trending Metrics.

Demonstrates a knowledge of the communications environment and technology trends of the targets and assess information providing unique insight into target intentions unavailable from other intelligence disciplines.

Develops a methodology to categorize SIGINT requirements to be utilized to match requirements and collection efforts to the National Intelligence Priority Framework (NIPF) and develops measurements to analyze the value of RF SIGINT collection efforts.

Develops assessments of the optimization and utilization of SIGINT enterprise resources in support of requirements.

Provides studies with a focus on the best methods to satisfy IC requirements and cross-access collection strategies.
Minimum Requirements

Current, active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree is required. Four (4) years of additional IA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.

Fifteen (15) years of experience in a professional or academic environment.

Must have five (5) years of experience in producing research and analysis or performance assessments or analyzing resource allocation or assessing satisfaction levels of requirements.

Must be able to assimilate intelligence data from disparate sources and summarize to develop information for further analysis or action.

Ability to Travel (CONUS & OCONUS).
